Myths about Low Back Pain

I thought I'd share this article on "The myth about low back pain". I like how it highlights false positives given by imaging, the high percentage of low back pain being non-specific in nature and definitely the medical/health profession over-complicating back pain (Low back pain is not easy to treat, but I believe we try to get too clever, when really it is nearly always what we are doing to our back that is the problem - when we identify and address this our body does all the difficult and complex 'healing stuff').
If I may just say though, where the article mentions about recurrences of back pain, it is likely to be that the true cause of the problem was not addressed in the first place, vital in the treatment of low back pain (or any pain for that matter) if recurrences are to be avoided.
